Re-design and implementation of main site (http://www.bordeaux.com) and mobile version (http:m.bordeaux.com). The main site has a robust CMS on the backend that controls all content on the site and also will be translated into 6 different languages and 7 different country versions. In addition the CMS also manages the Wine School section, which will allow registrants to sign-up and pay for courses online.
Lead the efforts to re-design and update of CMS for CreativeFeed (http://www.creativefeed.net) website and also for Creative Conglomerate (http://www.creativeconglomerate.com), the Production arm of Creative Feed.
Digital PM on Production, Development and Implementation of campaign site “American Heritage of Vacheron-Constantin”—Vacheron Constantin needed a site that explored their history and heritage in a timeline manner. Content for the site is made up of historical anecdotes and events and also based on content watch owners have submitted through the site. The site was a Flash/HTML front-end with a Drupal CMS

Project Manager (Reporting to Lead PM) on Time Warner Cable (TWC)
Managed 4 cross functional teams to help plan and coordinate around the implementation of an enterprise CRM program. Publicis Modem members were part of these teams as SMEs and PM. These 4 teams in conjunction with the Reporting and the Operations & Implementation team came up with a multi-phase implementation approach over the course of the entire year. Deliverables include selection of DM vendor, Enterprise email tool, creative components (email template, DM template), Data Matrix. The implementation approach was divided across 5 different initiatives in conjunction with the core values of TWC.
Managed incremental creative campaigns for SUBWAY® in conjunction with ESPN, MSN and MTV. These branded entertainment” campaigns primarily included creative oversight and video webisodes review. Responsible for coordinating with publishers and SUBWAY® on all deliverables (Site, Banners, Video)
Lead project manager on several smaller accounts (Dice, Marriott and Heineken) managing multiple banner campaigns and micro sites.

Senior Producer assigned to largest interactive client, Church & Dwight and focused specially on following national brands: ARM & HAMMER®, Nair®, First Response® & Crest® SpinBrush. Responsible for overseeing and producing all maintenance updates to the entire portfolio of Church & Dwight websites.
Managed the update to the Arm & Hammer’s Master site which included a video shoot for Solutions with spokesperson, Jill Cordes, a vendor who handled the entire backend upgrade of the site from Flash 7/Action Script 2 to Flash 9/Action Script 3.
Managed a major product update and site update to the Crest® SpinBrush Website along with a full banner campaign (Standard Flash and Rich Media)
Responsible for overseeing the design, build and implementation of a widget for First Response. A combination of internal and external resources along with content sources from outside partners.
