Executed $1M campaign for Hershey Ice Breakers--Spring Break by coordinating tasks and vendors and developers and producers in three locations: CT, NY and Cancun, Mexico. The program was successfully launched on time with the website (www.watchandwhoa.com) registering 1.2MM visitors and behind-the-scenes videos registering more than 100,000 streams on iFilm, YouTube, Google Video and Yahoo! Video. This campaign won the 2007 Silver MIXX Award for Super-Rich Media.

Producer on several other banner campaigns and websites for clients like Quaker, Stacys ® Pita Chips, Pepsi, Kimberly-Clark (Room-A-Day Giveaway)

In conjunction with VP of Interactive developed internal Digital Handbook that was distributed across the Agency. This handbook detailed the Interactive Process and documents that helped facilitate this process.

Also in conjunction with VP of Interactive held Digital Day Seminars for senior management. Helped facilitate by inviting leading players in emerging media to come in and speak about the industry in general.

Managing all aspects of the execution of Interactive campaigns for TracyLocke from Scope development, wireframes, schedules, testing, launch and post-program data analytics.

Coordinate and manage tasks of Web Development group

Web group is responsible for maintenance of System Intranet and various internal Web applications, hardware and software.

Coordinated work between three Marketing departments and three outside contractors and System vendor, for initial conversion and subsequent maintenance of four public websites.

Researched and recommended new CMS (Bridgeline) for the System Intranet and extending its use for the public websites as well.

Greenwich Hospital
Part of a team of 2 consultants who coordinated the entire Year 2000 project which included helping each department create a Contingency Plan, which was then compiled into the Year 2000 Contingency and Business Continuity Plan for the hospital.

Managed a group of 7 consultants who performed the Y2K testing of 20+ applications. Conducted weekly status meetings to report to upper management.
Managed a group of 8 consultants who patched and remediated 1500 Desktops and led efforts to create a database application, which is being used by the hospital as the primary asset-tracking tool.
Project Coordinator--Conversion of a medical record application, SoftMed®, to be compliant with Windows 95 and Y2K including server upgrade, workstation rollout and interface management.
